Moderation Rules

I ought to set down some rules for the rather large moderting team, as to prevent chaos :

1. Only mods ranked Royal Guard and higher may ban a user without informing either smelz0r or me.
2. All locked topics must be moved to the Waste section of the forum for both judgement and the veiwing pleasure of those who are members.
3. No editing profiles.
4. The usual ones everybody should know

Basicly: No abusing your pwoers or you will be de-modded and temp-banned.
